Use of DSS Website
PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSS) is committed to maintaining User’s privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the measures to keep personal data entered to DSS websites (including DSS eRecruitment Service). The Privacy Statement describes the category of data collection, the intended use of incoming data, security measures, and data update (i.e. address, contact number, email). By accessing DSS website, the User approves data collection process as described in this Privacy Statement. DSS reserves the right to verify the User’s identity before granting access to the User’s personal data.
 
Data Collection
The User may visit DSS website without submitting personal data. However, in the Career page, DSS may request for User’s personal data in order to provide service to the User.
 
The User’s data are collected automatically, including pages visited, the number of bits transferred, clicked links, and any other action taken on DSS website. On DSS website where the User logs in, DSS may connect this information with the User’s identity. DSS may  also use this information to improve DSS security measures. DSS also collects specific information sent by the User’s browser to each visited website, such as internet protocol address, type, capability and language of the User’s browser, the User’s operating system, date and time the User accesses or uses DSS website, and the website used by the User to browse DSS website.
 
Use of Personal Data
DSS will only use the User’s personal data for the recruitment process in the company and its subsidiaries. DSS may keep the data and information for the future reference.
 
Use of Cookies
Cookies are a small files kept by the website on the User’s hardware or browser memory. DSS website may use it to track the number of User’s visits to DSS website, track the number of visitors to DSS websites, to determine and analyze the use of DSS website, to keep the User’s data (i.e preferences), and to keep technical information related to the interaction between the User and DSS website.
 
Most internet browsers accept cookies automatically, but the User can modify the browser settings to reject cookies or to notify the User if the cookies are installed/available in the User’s computer. If the User chooses not to accept cookies, the User might not be able to open all information in DSS website. The internet browser also enables the User to delete the existing cookies, but in turn the existing setting (including user ID and any other saved preferences) will be deleted.

DSS website can also contain digital image commonly known as web beacons or single-pixel gifs, which enable DSS to count the number of visitors.

DSS is committed to maintaining the security of personal data. Despite the lack of security measures that guarantee full data security, DSS puts efforts to use relevant various technology and security procedures to keep the data against unlawful access, use, or disclosure. Personal data submitted to DSS will never be disclosed to third party without prior authorization from the User, except it is needed to comply to prevailing laws and regulations, to maintain DSS rights, or to protect the safety of individual under unusual circumstances.
 
Updates on Privacy Statement
DSS may periodically update this Privacy Statement, and the User is deemed to have agreed to the updates in the Privacy Statement.
