The Terms & Conditions in this page constitute an agreement between the User and DSS.
The followings are the Terms & Conditions for the use of DSS eRecruitment Service. By using and/or registering on the DSS eRecruitment Service, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and approved content of the Terms & Conditions. If the User does not approve any, part, or all of the Terms & Conditions, the User is not permitted to use DSS eRecruitment Service.
 
Definitions
  • DSS means PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk, a publicly listed company, which owns and provides DSS website and DSS eRecruitment Service to provide information about DSS and to facilitate employee recruitment process of the company and its subsidiaries.
  • DSS eRecruitment Service means online based employee recruitment system at http://www.dssa.co.id/erecruitment which is a part of DSS website.
  • Terms & Conditions mean the agreement between the User and the administrator of DSS eRecruitment Service which governs the rights, obligation, and responsibilities of the User and the administrator of DSS eRecruitment Service.
  • User is the party who uses DSS website and/or DSS eRecruitment Service, including but not limited to applicant or other party who just visits DSS website and/or DSS eRecruitment Service.
 
Job Applicant Data
By submitting data into DSS eRecruitment Service, the User hereby declares that the data entered are true and can be used for further process and is willing to receive legal consequences and sanctions (if hired as DSS employee) if in the future the data and/or information turn out to be false.

Communication between Job Applicant and DSS

By using the DSS eRecruitment Service, the User agrees to receive emails, short messages, or notifications in relation to DSS eRecruitment Service. The User understands that considering the number of job applications received by DSS through DSS eRecruitment Service, DSS will only process short-listed applicantions that meet the criteria set by DSS.

Limitation of Liability

DSS eRecruitment Service is an online based service that facilitates the User in the recruitment process at DSS.
DSS puts efforts to keep DSS eRecruitment Service secure, convenient, and functional. Data and information in DSS eRecruitment Service might not be available in real time.
The User agrees to use DSS eRecruitment Service based on the User’s own risks, and that DSS eRecruitment Service is available as it is.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, DSS (includings its subsidiaries, management, and employees) is not liable, and the User agrees not to hold DSS responsible for any damages or losses (including but not limited to the loss of money, reputation, profit, or any other loss) arising directly or indirectly from:
  • Negligence and loss incurred by the User in relation to the use of DSS eRecruitment Service.
  • Virus or any other dangerous software obtained by accessing or connecting to DSS eRecruitment Service.
  • Interruption, bugs, delays, or any errors in DSS eRecruitment Service,
  • Any hacking actions done by third party to the User’s account or DSS eRecruitment Service.
  • Damage to the User’s hardware because of the use of DSS eRecruitment Service.
  • Other matters related to the use of DSS website and/or DSS eRecruitment Service.
 
Indemnity
In the event the User has dispute in relation to DSS eRecruitment Service or in subsequent process either at the selection or hiring process, the User hereby indemnifies DSS (including its subsidiaries, management, and employees) from any claims or charges for damages and losses (actual and implied) arising from the above-mentioned dispute, including but not limited to legal fees. Therefore, the User agrees to release any legal protection (stipulated in applicable rules and regulations) that will limit the scope of this indemnity.
 
Updates
The Terms & Conditions might be updated from time to time without prior notice. DSS recommends the User to carefully read and review the Terms & Conditions from time to time to acknowledge such changes, and the User is deemed to have agreed to any changes in the Terms & Conditions.
